Charlie Brown

I've been a Michigander my whole life. I was born and raised in Waterford, MI, then attended Albion College in Albion, MI. During my years at Albion, I studied biochemistry, was a member of the women's soccer team, and sprinted for the track and field team. After graduation, I began my doctorate program at the University of Michigan in the Department of Pharmacology. My interest in therapeutics and biochemistry, along with my love of athletics, led me to the Ruas lab. I am so excited for my graduate school journey!
